It's rare and hard for me to give negative review...

It's rare and hard for me to give negative reviews. But it's needed. If the hostess, manager and bartender would be paying attention to patrons and not their phones it would have been a good experience. Once we did get noticed it was ok. But jeez having to clap and waive after waiting long enough.
The soup was the best part of our dining experience. I believe every place deserves a second chance. But unless the owners get on the employees for being on their phones the service will suffer.
