I just received my knife from Edisto River Knives ...

I just received my knife from Edisto River Knives and it's awesome! The blade is razor-sharp and the quality is outstanding. The knife feels comfortable in my hand and the wooden handle adds a nice touch. I can tell that a lot of attention to detail went into making this knife. It's definitely a great addition to my kitchen collection. 👌
