This place is the real deal! Great selection of bikes, but the customer service is really what sets them apart from other bike shops in the area. Both Nicks who work on repairs are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My road bike is 20 years old and they knew how to service the tires, shifter, cables, and suspension all for a more than reasonable price! They can break down the issue and relay the mechanics to you no matter how limited your bike knowledge may be. Your bike is in great hands at this Back Bay bike shop. Highly recommend for any/all bikers in Boston!
