As a long-time customer of Soci__t__ de transport de Laval, I can confidently say that their services are average at best. While they do manage to get me from point A to point B most of the time, the buses are often overcrowded and late. The drivers are generally friendly, but I have encountered a few rude ones as well. Overall, I believe there is room for improvement.
