Terrible service in the express service shop at ...

Terrible service in the express service shop at Honda. They quoted me 45 minutes for a wait time. I got there 12 minutes early and it took just under 2 hours to do an oil change. I even requested no tire rotation because I just put on new treads. Almost no communication.
