This company is a scam. is a fraud! be aware! I got worker's comp from them and I decided to be paying monthly. they make it really hard for you to make auto-payments I have been trying to enroll on it since September and it "never happens to work" Then what they do is that they don't send the bill for 2 months and then they send you a rude threatening letter to saying they will cancel your policy and they charge you $15 installment fee plus 2 late fees of $20 each for being late. when they never send you the bill to pay, so it ends up being $55 on top of your installment which in my case it's costing the double of my insurance First time I gave them the benefit of the doubt and paid all the late fees, but I took all the steps in making sure this would not happen again, but then I noticed their unwilling to enroll me in autopay, and AGAIN not sending me the invoices to pay by mail. this time I called on them and said this was unacceptable and then I wanted to pay it in full and they started creating more and more fees and the woman super rude called "Victoria" on the phone would yell at me and pretend she was not listening what I was saying and she would not want to take my payment in full ( then I started to realize this was, in fact, a scam ) the fact she did not want to take my payment in full show me they intentionally don't enroll you and don't send you the bills so you have to keep paying installments and late fees. She kept sending me to other agents, I spoke with 4 different people I would have to explain the problem over and over again and they kept pretending not to understand I wanted to pay the policy in full When they sent me back to the rude late fake named Victoria I told her I was getting frustrated and she was being abusive to her yelling and actions to make me frustrated and I told her she was on the speaker and I had several witnesses listening and taking notes of what was being done to me and she got angry and hang up on my face. Bottom line, the due date to pay the bill is tomorrow, but they are not accepting the payment they are being abusive and making it impossible to solve the problem. I will file a complaint with customer affairs and the general attorney office because I really don't know what to do. I also would like to know if anyone else is being scammed by this company as we may be able to take legal actions against this predatory company
