Avoid this place if you're looking for a job. Like other production jobs during the summer, expect humid conditions. Not only that you're expected to do 100% quality the first time, training is non existent. I've seen better training with other jobs that are far more superior than this place. Conflicting information of how and what to do is dependent on which supervisor given it. Then dock the person for doing it wrong even after observing. Good thing I'm a temp waiting for the next job to roll around. But because I've dealt with gossiping in jobs before this, I've gotten used to it. Only reason it gets two star is the fact that there are 2-3 breaks and one 30-minute lunch and that they only focus on quality over quantity.
