I have been a customer of Futurex technologies pte ltd for the past few years and I must say that their services are average. They have some good products, but there is definitely room for improvement. I appreciate their prompt response to my queries and the professionalism of their staff. However, there have been a few instances where I faced issues with their products and the resolution process took longer than expected. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
