Love, love, love this place! I have been a member of several different gyms in the past and I have finally found my home! Rockbrook is a place I can go and have that me time without the stress of being self conscious about how I look or not knowing how to use a piece of equipment. Everyone I have met in the gym, both staff and members, have been super friendly and helpful. Recent updates to the gym are AMAZING! New equipment added, fresh paint, new floors and everything is clean and organized. Love the positive vibes as soon as I walk in the door and I always leave feeling great! If you are looking for a gym where you look forward to going to, this is it!
