See Eye Care & Wear is now blessed with tens of thousands of loyal patients from Skagit, Whatcom, Island and Snohomish counties, yet we will always be grateful to the Swinomish Tribal Community members who were the first patients in great numbers coming through our clinic's door. Their life lessons in faith, family and loyalty have certainly proved true for us.
