We booked this location 6 months prior to our visit to Orlando. The check in process was a bit slow but that is to be expected seeing how large this location is and it's Orlando. I don't like that they charge 10 bucks a person for a shuttle to and from any parks, so we signed up to use uber and Lyft while in Orlando. The room we reserved slept 8 with 2 bedrooms and a kitchenette. I can't even explain how awesome the room was, except for the pull out bed was a bit uncomfortable, however the employees did all they could to give us more blankets to soften it. The only other thing that happened but was replaced was the cleaning crew threw away our butter twice. I Definitely would come back to this resort any day, seeing customer service and the awesome location.
