Great place to visit with friends. Views on the drive up are fantastic. The rich history of the castle is fascinating. It feels like you are in a time warp. Highly recommend, if you live in Dunedin then after your first visit you can get a past that gives you free admission with a paying customer. Good if you have visitors who want to see the castle and you have already visited.
