As a CUSTOMER, I had an average experience with Capital district fire and rescue service. The service provided by them was satisfactory. The response time was reasonably good, and the staff was polite and professional. However, there were a few areas where they could have improved. The communication during the emergency situation could have been clearer, and there were some delays in getting the required equipment on-site. Overall, it was an average experience.
