I have been training at Gilroy Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for a few months now and I am really enjoying it. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, and the facilities are top-notch. The class sizes are small, which allows for more personalized instruction. I have seen a lot of improvement in my technique since joining. Highly recommend!
