I had an average experience with FunPep. The website funpep.co.jp is easy to navigate and has a good selection of products. However, I found their prices to be slightly higher compared to other similar companies. The customer service was satisfactory, but I think there is room for improvement. Overall, I would say it's an average company to do business with.
