After looking for a contractor for 6 months to rebuild our home we selected Square One Homes. We're so glad we did. Their process was very detailed and thorough. The projections for budget and schedule were very accurate. Given the magnitude of the project, The Builder Trend App they use to communicate between project manager, construction manager and client was invaluable.

We have never renovated or built a home and this was a very transparent way to navigate this project. The home we have lived in for the last 30 years has been completely transformed, from the subfloors and studs, into our dream home. The bones still exist but the house is brand new. The craftmanship is superb!
