It is the worst bank for online banking. Most of the features, like pay bills, transfers, OTB option never works. If you go to branch for help, they will tell you to call help line. If you call help line, they will only forward your complaint but will not fix the problem. You will receive sms massage will assign you a complaint number. you will receive a massage that the issue is resolved, but you check it, nothing happened. It is a cycle and will never end. It is just a sack up massage to cover up themselves. Make sure before you go for Allied banking. The staff never tells you the truth. Try some other bank for online banking.
