Ambience is top notch however the services are very very slow.

Services: 1 star (be it during breakfast or room.servuce, the service is slow as a sloth. You should be prepared to wait for atleast 30-45min for a glass of water and maybe 3-4hours if you have requested to replace something that isn't working in your room. Calling the reception won't help either as the call won't be picked up 4 out of 5times)
