Thanks for the feedback. All candidates are physically shown by staff how to position the headsets, how they work and the best way to speak into the microphone. This would have happened before you entered the test room and during the instruction period. Candidates are given the opportunity to test equipment prior to starting the exam and cannot begin the test until this has been completed. Our staff are always on hand to assist with any issues as they come up.
