I was interested in purchasing a Mini Cooper from a Nissan dealership, but Orlando MINI came highly recommended, so I decided to check it out. Right off the bat, I was assisted by a salesman named Roman who introduced me to my current read Mini Countryman, which I love. He was excellent throughout the entire process, and I purchased the vehicle, along with a trade in of my old Nissan, that same night. Any issues that came up regarding customization, Sirius radio, and routine maintenance, were handled promptly and professionally. I couldn't be happier with the customer service of this dealership and would definitely recommend it to friends and family members interested in a Mini.
