I had an average experience with TheraSource. The website was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took multiple attempts to get a response to my inquiry, and when I did, it was not very helpful. Overall, I think TheraSource has room for improvement in their customer service department.
