I cancelled my Order the next day and I am still waiting 45 days plus for a refund.

Customer service doesnt exist in this business, no one answers calls or emails, i've had to get my bank to pull my money back from these thiefs. I've emailed the CEO there Press office and anyone else involved in this company, no one gets back to you.

Why does a company like this have a 45 day refund policy? Why are they still in business? Acca needs to review there status asap I think.
