The care my family member received in the ICU and then on the second floor was substandard. No communication among the doctors and they do not involve the family in the overall plan. They just give you lip service. I found the nurses on the second floor very incompetent and I do not feel that this hospital is safe by any means. The ICU is very dirty too. I found it interesting I couldn t drink a cup of water but the entire nursing staff had their lunch displayed all over the front desk. Everyone eating and no one washing their hands.
