I have been a customer of Kempton Group Of Companies for several years now, and I must say the experience has been average so far. The customer service is decent, and they do a good job of explaining the various health plans they offer. However, I have had some issues with claim processing in the past, which has been quite frustrating. Overall, I would say they are an average company to deal with.
