My girlfriend's necklace chain kept pulling on her hair so we went to Rings etc to find out what could be done. They helped us pick out a new chain and even said that we could come back in a few days if the new chain was pulling her hair too! Outstanding customer service and product knowledge. Only jewelry store that I'll go to in OKC
