We meet Susan and before long see gave me some thing to think about to help the house sell and I did them. It took a few days then the house went on the market which see told me was slow. Then we went out looking at a smaller place. Susan got me a good deal on my new place. Before I could make a offer on the new place we got an offer on my place, boy everything fell into place.
