The customer service at Wine Culture is average. While I was able to find a decent selection of wines, I felt like the staff could have been more knowledgeable and helpful. The store itself was clean and well-organized, but I wasn't blown away by the overall experience. I would definitely shop here again if I couldn't find what I needed elsewhere, but it wouldn't be my first choice.
