I recently joined a gym and was looking for a place to work out that would meet my needs. I stumbled upon Energie forme and I am so glad I did. The gym has all the equipment and facilities I need to get a great workout. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere is motivating. I love that they offer a wide range of classes, from boxing to spin to yoga. The instructors are experienced and make the classes fun and challenging. Energie forme is definitely a gym I would recommend to others.
