Ticketforce is an average company, not too bad but...

Ticketforce is an average company, not too bad but also not outstanding. Their website is easy to navigate and I was able to purchase tickets without any issues. However, their customer service could use some improvement. Overall, I had an okay experience with Ticketforce.
