I can't say enough good things about Samasti yoga! The teachers are fantastic, the studio is beautiful, and the overall atmosphere is so welcoming. The classes are always well-planned and offer a great workout. I appreciate the variety of classes available, as it allows me to explore different styles and find my own balance. Highly recommend!
