My experience at Impact cryotherapy was average. The session itself was fine, but the staff seemed a bit disinterested and not very engaging. The cryotherapy treatment definitely helped with my muscle soreness, but I didn't feel as rejuvenated afterwards as I had hoped. Overall, it was a decent experience, but not outstanding.
