I recently had the opportunity to work with a custom cabinetry company and overall, I had an average experience. The company's website, harriscustomcabinets.com, was easy to navigate and provided helpful information about their services and previous projects. However, I found the communication with the company to be adequate at best. There were delays in response times and at times, it felt like my inquiries were being overlooked. That being said, the quality of the cabinets themselves was satisfactory. They were well-crafted and sturdy, although not particularly unique or innovative. The installation process went smoothly, and the team was professional and efficient. While I didn't have any major issues with the company, I also didn't feel like my experience was exceptional in any way. Overall, an average experience.
