I have recently attended a workshop at the Gestalt Institute of Toronto and it was an incredible experience. The facilitators were knowledgeable and created a safe space for exploration and growth. I really appreciated the practical approach and the focus on integrating theory with practice. The institute has a great reputation for providing quality training in Gestalt therapy and I can see why. I highly recommend their workshops and training programs.
