I recently tried out the services of this CRM provider and I must say, it's been quite an average experience. The website was fairly easy to navigate, although some sections could be more user-friendly. The features offered were decent, but I felt that they lacked a certain level of innovation compared to other platforms I have used in the past. The customer support was satisfactory, however, response times could be improved. What I did appreciate was the affordability of their pricing plans. Overall, if you're looking for a basic CRM solution without too many frills, this company might be worth considering.
