I've been a customer of Rubel for several years now and I must say that their services are average. While they have a good website and a wide range of products, I found their customer support to be lacking. The response time for queries is quite slow and often I had to follow up multiple times to get a proper resolution. However, their delivery process is efficient and products are usually of good quality.
