I recently purchased a few items from this company, and while the products were good and the delivery was on time, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. I had a few questions about the products before purchasing, and it took a while to get a response from the support team. When I did get a response, it was a bit generic and didn't fully address my concerns. It would have been nice to have more personalized and attentive customer service. The website was easy to navigate, and the products were as described, so I would say it was an average experience overall. I hope they can improve their customer service to match the quality of their products. ✨
