We attended the Polo on Sunday 11th August to celebrate a hen do and we all had such a lovely day. Danielle was clearly a very experienced event planner and was extremely helpful for all aspects of initial planning and on the day support. We were somewhat unlucky with the weather however Danielle prepared and organised a variety of sheltered table options for us so we could still enjoy our day despite the indecisive weather. The bar manager Dave went above and beyond preparing a cocktail masterclass for the Bride in between matches, he was even able to russel up some mocktails for those who has to drive! Dave was a brilliant host throughout the whole day. We were all extremely grateful also to Matt who, after finishing playing a match himself in the morning, shared some of his expertise on the sport with us. He also took the time to introduce us to some of the horses and even the players. I have to also give credit to Relish, the company who catered our food for the day as recommended by the Polo Club. The food was delcious and so fresh. I highly recommend the lunch hampers which came beautifully packaged and they were able to offer some great Gluten Free choices for us. All in all we had such a wonderful day made possible by the lovely team working at Cirencester Polo Club. The grounds were just beautiful and the set up was perfect for group gatherings, I would highly recommend. Thank you all for taking such good care of us and ensuring we had a really special day!
