The customer service from Sercom Uruguay was average. While they were able to answer my questions and provide assistance, I felt that they could have been more proactive in resolving my issues. The rate of response was satisfactory, but not exceptional. Overall, I would recommend Sercom Uruguay for their services, but there is room for improvement.
