Great customer service! The hotel is just as advertised in the pictures. My room was clean on arrival, and anything I asked for was brought up in a timely manner. You have to ask for your room to be cleaned. Which wasn't a problem for me. The pool and beach are very relaxing. Not over crowed when I went, and that was on a weekend. Valet is 48 bucks. Call ahead of time to get your car unless you'll be waiting.
