I had a bit of a mixed experience with Groupe Bernard Bordeaux. While the customer service was generally good, there were a few issues that I encountered along the way. The staff seemed a bit disorganized at times, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my purchase. However, they did eventually resolve the issues, and I am satisfied with my overall experience.
