I recently went on a trip to Nepal organized by Itravel pvt. ltd. and I must say it was an average experience. The tour guide was knowledgeable and the accommodations were decent, but there were a few issues. The transportation provided was not comfortable and there were delays in the itinerary. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
