I had a mixed experience with Swan group holding. Overall, I found their services to be average. While their website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information, their customer service was lacking. I had to wait for a long time to get a response to my queries, and when I did get a response, it wasn't very helpful. The company can definitely improve on this front. However, I did appreciate their prompt delivery of the products I ordered. It arrived on time and in good condition. So, while my experience was not great, it was not terrible either.
