Worthy of the Four Seasons name, this hotel knows how to take care of a guest and give five star customer service.
From the valet when you walk in, to the front desk, concierge desk, room service, housekeeping, restaurant servers, and the restaurant hostesses, everyone is professional, polite, warm and welcoming. Eye contact, smiling, calling the guest by name, speaking English, remembering the guess name from day today, truly old school customer service not found in other hotels or venues. It is a true pleasure and Delight to be staying at this hotel. Enjoy and soak it in because you won't find it anywhere else!
