The overall experience with Nicholson roof products was average. The quality of their products is decent and the pricing is reasonable. However, the customer service could be improved. They were slow in responding to my inquiries and did not provide clear communication throughout the process. I was also disappointed with the delay in delivery. Overall, it was an average experience.
