I recently stayed at the Es Saadi Marrakech Resort and had an average experience. The customer service was satisfactory, but I found the staff to be a bit impersonal. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but nothing exceptional. The amenities were decent, but there was nothing that stood out. The food at the on-site restaurants was average, with limited vegetarian options. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I expected more from a luxury resort.
