I had to hire MIH to troubleshoot a AAON water source heat pump because they are recommended by the manufacturing company. I paid them $550.00 cash up front because they would not take a credit card. I was scheduled 6 weeks out. They did report to my residence on time and did the troubleshoot and wrote the report up. Now they are telling me they don't do the work from their findings. This is very hard for me to believe because when we talked about the findings they do this type of work, but do not want to because they say they don't pull ceiling units out for testing. I'm sorry but I don't believe them. They need to work with our property management company to do this and won't do it. This is in NYC
