Overall it was good stay but want to note one thing we felt really uncomfortable. It was in the morning on April 30.

We went down to Line restaurant to have breakfast, but it was too crowded and we could not get in as we did not have time to line up for it. Then we went to an Italian restaurant but now it was closed for breakfast. Then we went to Lobby and asked for serving some food but they turned down. We finally went to a shop to buy sandwiches but they are only offered during lunch time. We ended up with just breads. We wanted to have decent breakfast.

I complained at that time to the staff and even wrote down my room # and my name but did not have any feedback yet. The staff's attitude at the shop was very annoying too.

Why can't we have decent breakfast at a reluxing restaurant at 5 star hotel? You should open up at least one more restaurant if the Italian restaurant is closed.
