1. Request an early check-in but was we were check-in at the usual timing at 3 pm. Before we check-in, we went to the budz to book a slot and were told that it was fully booked FOR THE DAY and NOT EVEN ON THE WAITING LIST. It was my son's birthday we wanted something special for him but everything was fully booked. We called earlier beforehand as we anticipated there will be many people. We were told off by your team that even we were put on the waiting list, it will be cleared and we only can book when we check-in. When we reached the hotel and try to book the facilities, it was totally different story.

2. It was nearly dinner time at around 5.30 pm. We tried to call and book a restaurant for dinner at your premises, we were informed that the earliest slot is 8 pm. We have no choice but to frantically go down to look for a restaurant that is available. Finally, we found a restaurant but we have to be seated outdoors as it was fully booked. We were assigned to the only outdoor seat without any cushions. All of the guests in the restaurants are Caucasian which makes us think they only served the best for the Caucasian. Food was overpriced and below average.

3. The decor of the room is average if not old and only the lobby and the pool area of the hotel deserve a five star praised.

4. Overall a very stressful stay. Every single thing needed to booked in way advance even not unable to book in advance although we even had arrived earlier to check-in. Although your team tried to make amendments by asking for our feedback, it was too late to rectify anything because of the distress we have gone through. Not mentioning, we were celebrating my Son birthday. All of our expectations are not met. Shame on your team. We will not be returning. One of the worst and most stressful staycation we had experienced.

A hotel that is NOT RECOMMENDED for now.

Things you all should have implemented.

1. Shorter playing times for your children's facilities to have more slots available.
2. Limit your guest's playing time at your children's facilities.
3. Pre-ask your guest which restaurants available and prebook for them when they check in.
4. Pre-ask your guest for a preferred time slot for breakfast to better manage crowds.
