Terrible customer service. Had difficulty making a reservation. Made a reservation with someone and when called few days later to confirm they said I never made any. When I came and tried to book a tee time with the last group they refused to accommodate eventhough there was a spot for another player.

I have not seen anyone that careless as associate Jason, who claimed to be in charge.
When I asked to speak with the manger they gave me the same office number that Jason answers. He also told me that there many other course to play, really unprofessional. Felt really bad. Hope they can improve. Not coming back here to be humiliated like that!
