I expected more from this park, its roller coaster...

I expected more from this park, its roller coasters were incredible, but you have terrible logistics, since we booked for the tickets they sent us 7 emails and we had problems identifying the correct one, the waiting time and the management to enter the park, and reviewing each ticket, too slow ... not to mention delivering the lunch tickets, the entrance was terrible. Already at the time of the roller coasters it was incredible but very bad that out of nowhere in the middle of the lines, the roller coasters were damaged or they had technical problems, I do not know if it is the strategy of the park but the truth also seemed bad management, it that made other roller coasters fill up and effectively a strategy for people to buy the fast pass, unfortunately, I arrived at 10 am and started using the attractions at 12 pm of the entire delay, and of those 10 hours that I had, I could only ride in 6 roller coasters of the 12 that the park has and not counting that I could not see the animals.
